"The portal which booked my trip apparently chose an inappropriate route with no choice to me and this was only revealed on contacting the car service to confirm the booking. I was requested to pay additional cash for the ride for the appropriate route. I agreed to this as the person seemed honest and genuine and I agreed that the driver should not be at a loss. The person I spoke to and the driver were both really nice but the different booking portals or partner agencies needs to be improved to avoid such things in the future. "
